Refund & Cancellation policy

Every set is hand-painted to order, so this policy balances flexibility before we start painting with fairness once your set is being made.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order yourself — at no charge — any time before we begin painting it (while the order status is still Order placed or Accepted). Open the order from My orders and choose Cancel order. If you'd already paid, the full amount is refunded automatically.
Once we've started painting your set (status Being painted and beyond), it can no longer be cancelled online, as work and materials are already committed. If something has changed, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & exchanges
Because each set is custom-made for your order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or a difference in shade due to screen settings. We're always happy to advise on sizing or designs before you order — just ask.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your set arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (including, where possible, an unboxing photo). On verifying the issue, we'll offer you a replacement set or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no extra cost to you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
