Shipping policy

Every set is hand-painted to order, so each order has two parts: the time we take to make it, and the time the courier takes to deliver it.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India — there are no separate delivery charges added at checkout.

Processing time

Because each set is painted by hand, please allow:

• Ready-to-paint designs (from the collection): 3–5 business days before dispatch.
• Custom / made-to-order sets: 7–10 business days, depending on the design.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are delivered via Blue Dart and typically arrive within 2–6 business days, depending on your location (metro cities are usually quicker).

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we'll share the Blue Dart tracking (AWB) number so you can follow it to your door. You can always check the latest status from My orders.

Delays & incorrect addresses

Occasionally, factors outside our control — courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions — can affect delivery times. Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout; we're not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the courier, and re-delivery for an incorrect or incomplete address may take additional time.
