Welcome to Sozo by Vihi, a small studio operated by Vihitha Nayana, offering hand-painted press-on nail art made to order in India. By browsing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping and Refund & Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Our products

Every set is hand-painted to order. Because of the handmade nature of the work, slight variations in design, finish and shade are normal and are part of each piece's character. Product photos are taken as accurately as possible, but colours may appear differently on different screens.

3. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a design is unavailable, the listing contained an error, or we cannot fulfil the request — and in that case we will refund any amount paid.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards and netbanking. We do not store your payment details. Shipping is free within India (see the Shipping policy).

5. Custom & made-to-order designs

For custom requests, any reference images or descriptions you share are used solely to design and make your set. You confirm you have the right to share such material and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Custom work that is already in progress is subject to our Refund & Cancellation policy.

6. Cancellations, refunds & shipping

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy, and delivery by our Shipping policy. In short: you can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin painting, and we'll replace or refund any set that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

7. Intellectual property

The designs, photography, text and branding on this website belong to Sozo by Vihi and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Please use this website lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or misuse other customers' information.

9. Care & liability

Press-on nails are a temporary, cosmetic product; please follow any application and care guidance provided. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, do a patch test with the adhesive first. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
